All employers will have to register with Hokies4Hire before registering for the fair. It will take 24 hours to get approved before access will be granted for on-line registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before February 1, 2010:  Full refund.
• Cancellation after February 1-February 15:  A $250 administration fee fill be retained.
• Cancellation after February 15:  No refund.

Cancellations must be made by email to dewilso2@vt.edu.

In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
