FEES
8ft. booth and up to 4 representatives - $375.00
10ft. booth and up to 4 representatives - $400.00
includes 6’ table, 2 chairs, reception,
continental breakfast, and lunch
In the unlikely event that this program is
cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen
circumstances, the university will fully refund registration
fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses,
including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines,
hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
If weather contingency plans are needed, information will be detailed on this homepage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation before February 1, 2010: Full refund.
- Cancellation after February 1-February 15: A $250 administration fee fill be retained.
- Cancellation after February 15: No refund.
